科技成果转化是科技型中小企业创新发展的一大难题,高水平知识产权管理能够有效提升科技成果转化效率。本文基于企业内部视角和组态思维,从智力资本、公司治理和动态能力三个维度构建了科技型中小企业知识产权管理理论框架,并以45家北交所A股科技型中小企业2018—2022年数据为样本,运用必要条件分析(NCA)和模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)识别了科技型中小企业知识产权管理提升的组态路径。研究发现:提升知识产权管理水平需要多个前因变量协同作用;高水平知识产权管理有智力资本主导型、公司治理和动态能力协同型以及公司治理单因素驱动型3条提升路径;非高水平与高水平知识产权管理路径呈现非对称关系;管理治理能力和学习吸收能力具有替代效应。本研究揭示了科技型中小企业知识产权管理提升的组态逻辑,以期为科技型中小企业知识产权管理提升和科技成果转化提供帮助和启示。
Abstract:The commercialization of scientific and technological achievements is a major challenge for the innovative development of small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises. High-level intellectual property management can effectively improve the efficiency of commercializing scientific and technological achievements. Based on the internal perspective of enterprises and the thinking of configuration, this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the intellectual property management of small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises from three dimensions, namely, intellectual capital, corporate governance, and dynamic capabilities. Then it selects the data of 45 small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange in the A-share market from 2018 to 2022 as the sample. It also identifies the configuration paths of improving the intellectual property management of those enterprises with the Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA) and the Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA). The findings are as follows: improving the management of intellectual property requires the coordinated action of multiple antecedent variables; there are three paths of achieving high-level intellectual property management, namely, intellectual capital-dominated, corporate governance, corporate governance and dynamic capabilities coordinated, and corporate governance single-factor-driven; there is an asymmetry between the paths of non-high-level and high-level intellectual property management; and the capability of management and governance and that of learning and absorption have a substitution effect. This study reveals the configuration logic of improving the intellectual property management of small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises, hoping to provide assistance and inspiration for improving the intellectual property management of such enterprises and commercializing scientific and technological achievements.
