当前，在全球格局经历百年未有之大变局的时代背景下，国际舆论博弈持续加剧，科技议题成为国际舆论博弈的重要战场，科技宣传工作的重要性尤为凸显。系统分析江西省科技宣传工作的现状，研究发现，当前江西省科技宣传工作在宣传队伍、运行机制和宣传作品三个方面存在一定问题。据此，提出如下对策建议：一是针对宣传队伍问题，应明晰主体责任，搭建专业化科技宣传平台，强化队伍建设，逐步打造一支专业化科技宣传队伍；二是针对宣传机制问题，应以制度建设推动各级科技宣传节点纵向协同，以数字化赋能省域科技宣传平台建设，并以多维赋能的形式促进高校、科研院所与媒体等多节点之间的横向协作；三是针对宣传作品问题，应充分发挥高校主体作用，构建协同“转译”的中介机制，并完善议题统筹机制，科学引导全省科技宣传“设置议程”。

In recent years,amid the unprecedented global transformations,competition in international discourse has intensified,with science and technology becoming a key arena of contention. This highlights the crucial role of science and technology communication. The paper presents a systematic analysis of the current state of sci-tech communication in Jiangxi Province,China. The research finds that there are certain problems in three aspects:the communication team,the operating mechanism,and the communication works. Accordingly,this study puts forward the following targeted recommendations. First,for the communication team,responsibilities should be clarified,specialized communication platforms should be established, and training programs should be strengthened to build a professional team. Second,regarding the communication mechanism,institutional arrangements need to be improved to strengthen coordination among actors at different administrative levels. At the same time,digital technologies can be used to improve provincial science communication platforms and promote cooperation among universities,research institutes,and media organizations. Third,in terms of communication content,universities should play a more active role in promoting collaborative knowledge translation and improving agenda-setting mechanisms,so as to enhance the overall effectiveness of science communication in the province.
