本文在论述协同创新内涵的基础上,总结了地方高校开展协同创新的三个基本要求,重点阐述了行业特色性省属高校面向行业产业及区域发展协同创新的实现路径:(1)转变思维,加强顶层设计,构建适宜的协同创新体;(2)以体制机制创新为抓手,促进协同创新要素的有效融合;(3)以项目为牵引,推进协同创新的开展。
